STRANGER

  • "However vast the darkness we must supply our own light"

    -Stanley Kubrick

The video opens with each band member alone in a different location, visually representing emotional distance and the passage of time. The lighting is soft, warm, and radiant, creating a dreamlike, introspective atmosphere.

Beams of radiant light play a pivotal role to juxtapose the weight of the music.

Solitary locations

  1. A long, abstract hallway, where another walks slowly, shadows stretching as if caught between past and present.

  2. A dramatic staircase, where one member sits, gazing downward, deep in reflection, while light from above creates striking contrasts.

  3. A warehouse window, where another member stands, enveloped in radiant backlight, dust floating in the air like memories suspended in time.

  4. The piano, where a member plays and sings alone.

  5. The loft, above the warehouse basked in light.

  6. A curved section, where a member sits in solace.

Each vignette feels cinematic, emphasizing separation, nostalgia, and longing. The camerawork is slow and poetic, lingering on emotional details.

As the song reaches its final notes, the band stands together, voices carrying through the space. The camera lingers, then slowly pulls back, letting the light consume the frame.

A cinematic, emotional journey from solitude to unity—visually stunning, deeply human, and timeless.
